3 Keys to Attacking the Bills Defense:

Christa Levitas:

1. Geno Smith played one of his best games in his career against the Patriots. One of the key aspects of this game is for Smith not to turn the ball over. Smith has to be a solid game and hold onto the ball. Smith must also convert and score points when he’s in the red zone.2. The Jets offensive lineman are going to be faced with a difficult challenge against the Bills defense. The Bills have a great pass rush and they have a lot of talented guys on defense who have the ability to get to the quarterback. The Jets offensive line, must block and give Geno Smith time to throw the ball.3. Although the Jets, recently traded for wide receiver Percy Harvin. Jets should find a way to take advantage of their weapon at wide receiver and incorporate him as a deep threat against the Bills secondary. This will open the Jets run game and the Jets passing game since it will take out one defender from the Bills. Jets should also continue to integrate tight ends Jeff Cumberland and Jace Amaro. These are two playmakers who are big and have the ability to make big plays on the field as well as in the red zone.

Robert Melofchik: Feature Percy Harvin on deep balls and that will open up the offense.By stretching field that force the safety out of box. This will give the running game big yards.Expect Eric Decker to have good day when Harvin on field.

What Jets offensive player is set have big day?

Christa Levitas: Jace Amaro

Robert Melofchik: Eric Decker

Bills Defense Report:

Christa Levitas: Although the Bills lost their safety Jairus Bryd during free agency to the Saints and lost Kiko Alonso for the season, the Bills have a very underrated defense that has a great pass rush is able to sack and get to the quarterback. One impact player to look out for on defense is defensive tackle Marcell Dareus. This 2013 former pro bowler has the ability to get to the quarterback and is currently having a great year. He has 7.0 sacks for the season, and is close to passing his 7.5 sacks he had last year. Another impact player on defense is defensive end Mario Williams who currently has 5.5 sacks. This Bills defense is composed of a solid defense who has the ability to make plays.

3 Keys to Stopping the Bills Offense:

Christa Levitas:

1. The Jets secondary will be tested against impact players such as Sammy Watkins. The Jets secondary cannot afford to get beat long for big plays. The Jets can’t give the Bills the edge. The secondary has to work better as a whole in order to create plays.2. The Jets have to find a way to get to Kyle Orton. They cannot allow Orton to get to comfortable in the pocket. Orton has a lot of weapons to work with on offense and the Jets need to get pressure on him.3. Jets currently only have one turnover. Since Orton will most likely be passing more, the Jets have to focus on creating and getting turnovers.

Robert Melofchik: . Kyle Orton Bills quarterback likes stay in the pocket. The bills have a few injuries on the offense line. The Jets strength is defense line got to win battle in the trenches.Push Orton out pocket.Bump rookie wr Sammy Watkins to throw him off his routes.

What Jets defensive player will make largest impact:

Christa Levitas:  Damon Harrison

Robert Melofchik:Sheldon Richardson

Bills Offense Report:

Christa Levitas: Although the Bills will be without Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller, they will rely on their 3rd string running back Bryce Brown for their run game. The Kyle Orton translation has been working for the Bills. Although the Jets have faced a different level at quarterback in their schedules such as Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Mathew Stafford, and Aaron Rogers, Kyle Orton should not be taking lightly on Sunday. Orton is in the top 5 with having a great quarterback passer rating in the 4th quarter, with a passer rating of 113.4. The Bills have a lot of playmakers to watch out for on offense that can help Kyle Orton get downfield. One impact player to look out for on Sunday is their first round draft pick wide receiver Sammy Watkins. Watkins is a dynamic, playmaker that can play deep. He is a game changer who has the ability to beat defenders and can big time plays. Another player to look out for is tight end Scott Chandler who has the ability to make big plays. One big game he had was against the Patriots, who caught 6 passes for 105 yards. He has the ability to do some damage on the Jets defense.

Robert Melofchik:  The Bills offense line a bit banged up.They will use two new starters at running back Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown. They bench their first round quarterback from a year ago.Kyle Orton is their quarterback remainder of the season. They got a good wide receiver unit led by Sammy Watkins.

Christa Levitas:  Jets 24-23

Robert Melofchik: Jets 31-17
