Following All-League season, Jerimiah Spicer Lands on Chargers’ Workout List

Jerimiah Spicer has had a long road – a road comprised of versatility on the field and a knack for overcoming adversity off of it. And there has been a lot of adversity.

Following advice from NFL office members suggesting the need for additional film, Spicer tore through his 2018 football season, namely with the Cape Fear Heroes.

And it paid off. Just recently, after being in contact with several teams, the Los Angeles Chargers elected to place Spicer on their workout list and invited him to their home game against the division-rival Denver Broncos on November 18th.

Since he was named First-Team All-League, he has also participated in scheduled workouts for the Cleveland Browns and the San Francisco 49ers. And the Chargers have already invited him to attend the team’s official local day leading into next season’s draft. Big things could very well be on the way.

Locker Room Update will continue to follow Jerimiah in his journey to make waves in the NFL, following a story of perseverance and heart like that which rarely comes along.
